Kobong’o Elders Rally Behind Hon. Victor Akello Ahead of 2027 MCA Race

 This coming weekend, elders from Kobong’o are expected to formally endorse Hon. Victor Akello for the West Nyakach Ward Member of County Assembly (MCA) seat ahead of the 2027 elections.

Hon. Victor Akello has earned the community’s respect through his consistent commitment to improving the lives of local residents. Over the years, he has been at the forefront of supporting women’s groups, championing educational initiatives, and empowering the boda boda sector.

According to sources within the community, the endorsement is a reflection of the trust and confidence the elders have in his leadership and vision for the ward. Many residents describe him as a humble and approachable leader who understands the challenges people face on the ground.

The event, expected to draw residents from different villages, will mark a significant moment in West Nyakach’s political landscape. It will not only highlight the unity of the community but also signal growing support for Hon. Victor Akello’s bid to represent them in the county assembly.
